You grant UVO TAG and its associates and sub-licensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. SATISFACTION GUARANTY

UVO TAG provides a 30-day money-back satisfaction guaranty for the purchase of new UVO TAG products (property tags) when you purchase them directly from UVO TAG (this site).  If an UVO TAG property tag is returned to UVO TAG with a post mark that is within 30 calendar days of the date of purchase, along with sufficient proof of purchase (the original Order Number), then UVO TAG will provide a full refund of the purchase price to the original purchasing customer.  In the event that you purchased your UVO TAG products directly from another retailer (such as Amazon), please contact your retailer for their satisfaction guarantee policy and procedures.  In this event, your retailer’s satisfaction guarantee policy and procedures will supersede ours.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

With the purchase of UVO TAG products (property tags), UVO TAG warrants that they will be free from material and workmanship defects for the nominal expected lifetime of the tagged property item, the life of the property tag owner, or the period of time over which the property tag owner owns the tagged property item, whichever is shorter. In the event of a failure in material or workmanship, the customer’s sole remedy is to return the property tag to UVO TAG for replacement. UVO TAG does not provide any warranty against collateral or auxiliary effects of the premature failure of property tags, or the failure of the UVO TAG service.

If a product offered by UVO TAG itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition under the terms of the satisfaction guarantee provided above.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting UVO TAG, you agree that the laws of the state of Arizona, USA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and UVO TAG or its associates.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to UVO TAG or to products you purchase through UVO TAG shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Arizona, USA, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate UVO TAG’s intellectual property rights, UVO TAG may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Arizona, USA, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

We reserve the right to make changes to our products, services, sites, policies, Privacy Policy, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of the UVO TAG policies or conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, the affected policy or condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining policies or conditions.
